We don't charge our clients any fees. Instead, we have a range of third party partners with whom we have established terms of business. The relationships we've built with these third parties grant Tailor My Property early access to releases and properties available at a discount. If there are any fees that clients need to pay to our third parties for their professional services, these will be outlined from the start.

There are competitive mortgage options advertised on comparison websites. Will these be available to me? 

The interest rates available online can vary widely for domestic borrowers versus non-residents, as they can for owner-occupiers and buy-to-let property investors. Online mortgage rates typically show rates from lenders who exclusively lend to domestic buyers and the lowest rates are often for owner-occupiers. These are not available to expats and non- domestic residents who may chance upon these lenders online. Despite this, there are many other options not accessible online that we have access to, and can identify as the best suited and most competitive for our clients' specific circumstances.
